A personal note…
For much of my life, being on Earth felt like a struggle. I was born into a family filled with mental illness, addiction, and expierenced much neglect, trauma, and sexual abuse. To survive, I sought refuge in the spiritual realm, often dissociating from my body to escape the pain of my reality. As a highly sensitive person, I was overwhelmed by the emotions and energies of others, unable to discern where my feelings ended and theirs began. This led me to develop coping mechanisms, including addiction and eating disorders, to navigate the chaos within and around me.
At 24, I became pregnant, and everything changed. My healing journey began as I sought therapy and discovered a school where I learned about energywork and spirituality. For the first time, I started to understand what was happening in my mind and body, and I was taught tools to help me find balance and thrive in the world.
Today, I am on a mission to support others who have experienced similar traumas and challenges. I hold certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Transformational Life Coaching, Reiki Master Teaching, HRT Level 3, Bach Flower Essences, Shamanic Healing, The Art of Teaching, Recovery Coaching, and Peer Support. With over 2,000 hours of education in Holistic Health, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and licensure as a Massage Therapist in both Michigan and California, I combine a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to guide others on their own journeys.
My healing journey has led me to a place of happiness and peace I never thought possible. I’ve come to embrace the duality of life on Earth—the pain and beauty coexisting in equal intensity. Now, I see the world’s beauty with the same depth as I once saw its suffering, and I feel called to share my story and tools with others.
If my journey resonates with you, or if you’re curious about how to transcend your own pain and contribute to the energetic shift happening on our planet, I invite you to connect with me. I am here for you, as you are, whenever you are ready.
Thank you for the honor.
